Learning. The Council provides members with an entry point into the compelling opportunities and challenges facing global conservation.
Meeting presentations focus on conservation priorities in the context of the Conservancy’s 2015 Goal; how Council members and other companies are making a difference; and the resulting benefits to local communities, corporate supporters and biodiversity.
Council members benefit from the Conservancy’s core competencies in conservation planning, site-based conservation, habitat management, community outreach and capacity building, and financial incentives for conservation.
